Information collection
Personal information is collected from our customers through catalogue requests, customer registration on the Speechmark website and customer orders. The data is held in our central mailing database and on our sales order processing system.

Use and disclosure of personal information
Speechmark use customer data for the purpose of sending our customers information on relevant Speechmark publications (by post or email). We may also contact our customers for market research purposes; to aid us in forming our publishing strategy and in helping us to develop new products. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties.

The database is managed by Tracy Steel (Tracy.Steel@speechmark.net). Customers can request to be taken off our database or to update the information we hold at any time.
