Fun and lively game to introduce the key skills and attitudes of emotional literacy.
This colourful and easy-to-play game is based on the concept of snakes and ladders. Players work their way through school-related situations which allow them to move up or down the board; along the way they pick up cards which help develop self-awareness by encouraging them to:
- Think about their own feelings
- Discuss their experiences
- Identify their own personal strengths and qualities
The game allows players to explore strategies for dealing with difficult situations at school, managing their uncomfortable feelings when they arise as well as developing their social skills.
